5 simple ways to solve computer problems

It's always been difficult to fix computer problems that come to you from time to time, or at least it's not something you like to waste your time on. I wonder if it is necessary to constantly fix your computer problems, but I understand that if you get rid of them completely, you will be very happy. But despite that, before you seek support from the technical staff, or take your computer to a professional, I find it necessary to try something else before hiring someone to help you solve this problem.

1. Restart the computer

Computer experts always tell us about the importance of restarting the computer, so it is necessary not to neglect this step, although it is very simple, for many times I have visited the homes of clients or businessmen to see a problem with the computer, and this problem was solved by simply restarting the computer, not because I have A magic touch, but computers may be exposed to very temporary problems, and by restarting the computer and re-processing, that problem ends permanently. Make sure to restart the computer at least once before starting to repair it, as the problem may end with a reboot if it is very simple.

2. Clear your browser’s memory

If the problem is caused by the Internet , clearing the browser memory completely is often the solution, after saving it to the hard disk, and this solution is not for one problem only, but for all Internet-related problems.

This may be a bit exaggerated, but clearing the browser’s memory fixes damaged sites and Internet problems in general, and this solution is often effective and useful. Clearing the browser’s memory is a very easy process, as each browser has a clear way to do this, even if the clearing option is hidden within the settings menu or browser settings.

3. Remove viruses and useless software

The problem of viruses and malware is the first thing that comes to mind to know whether viruses have spread widely in the computer or not. Unfortunately, problems caused by viruses are not directly reported by your security system.

Computer problems caused by viruses have become clear, through general computer slowdowns and random error messages, in addition to freezing in some windows, and other common problems.

Before you put any reason for your computer problem, you should check it for viruses using your antivirus, after updating it

4. Reinstall the programs that are causing you problems

There are many problems that occur when you run and use a specific program, or stop it if it is installed, these problems make your computer appear to be in a state of collapse, especially if you use the affected programs permanently, but the solution in this case is very simple, which is to re-install these programs from new.

Reinstalling the program means completely uninstalling it and then installing it again. Each program has the option to completely and automatically remove it from the computer, as well as another option to install it automatically on the computer.

5. Delete browser cookies

There are small files called cookies that sometimes cause some problems while browsing the Internet, such as the stored files that I mentioned in the previous step (2), the browser keeps these files to make browsing the Internet easier.

If you are unable to log in or browse some websites, delete your browser cookies, before you pay for computer repair.
