1-To exfoliate the skin: Mix half a cup of sugar with two tablespoons of olive oil, then massage the skin with this mixture for 5 minutes, then rinse and wash well with medical soap and warm water.
2-To moisturize the skin: Massage the skin with two tablespoons of olive oil for a period of 4 to 8 minutes, then leave it for at least 16 minutes to ensure its penetration into the pores, then rinse the skin well with medical soap and warm water.
4- Oats:
Mix an amount of oats with baking soda and a little water to make a spreadable mixture, then apply to the skin until the mixture dries completely, then rinse the skin with warm water.
Oats can be used in another way as well. Mix two tablespoons of oats with one tablespoon of honey and a little water, then heat the mixture, put it warm on the skin for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse the skin with warm water.
5- Avocados:
Mix an avocado with a tablespoon of honey and also add a teaspoon of olive oil, mix the ingredients well, then put on the skin until it dries completely, then clean the skin with warm water.
6- Milk:
Wipe the skin with milk and leave it on the face for at least 10 minutes, then wash the skin with cold water”

There are many ways to preserve the skin and prevent it from drying out in the winter, the most important of which are the following:
- Follow a healthy diet that contains vegetables, proteins and fruits.
- The duration of the bath should not exceed 10 to 15 minutes, and the bath water should be warm and of moderate temperature, to maintain the oily layer that protects the skin.
